# Company

## History

**Brate** was established in 2018 under a different brand - **Zielonamapa**. Since then, it has become one of the largest travel web apps in Poland, with almost 2M unique users every year.

In 2023, the website was rebranded to Brate. The reason behind the change was that the former "Zielonamapa" had a very ecological connotation and could only work in the Polish market. In the same time, Brate has launched the English version of the website. We are targeting the US market. We already have a promising traction (sales).

Since the beginning, the company has been managed by Tomek Nowak.

## Headquarters

We don't have a physical company headquarters. We are digial nomads. We are a 100% remote enterprise. Members of our team live in Gdansk, Cracow, Warsaw, Stockholm, and Plovdiv. Our virtual office is located at:
